Client Education
Educational Training & Seminars
TISC hosts educational sessions in a variety of formats and in a variety of locations to meet the specific needs of our policyholders. We know our clients are very knowledgeable about their specific industries, and they look to us to be the experts in insurance and risk management and to share that knowledge with them through these types of endeavors.
TISC incorporates several techniques to promote insurance and risk management education throughout the year. They include: quarterly newsletters (that include contributions from the staff) and seasonal safety promotional item mailings; dynamic seminars at industry meetings; OSHA General Industry 10-Hour Certification Classes; authoring articles in the trade journals; monthly safety video/training materials to policyholders; and e-Letters on timely topics pertinent to your industry.
Additionally, TISC hosts a two-day Risk Management Conference each year in June to promote a better understanding of Property-Casualty insurance and risk management concepts for our policyholders. The conference alternates East Coast and West Coast. Look for specifics in March each year. It’s a great opportunity to network with fellow policyholders and share ideas, learn new insurance and risk management concepts, and have a little fun—all at the same time.
